1.) Policies, Terms and Description of Service
Welcome to myfitteds.com, the on-line mega shop of My Shirts Co. We provide our services to you, subject to the terms below. By visiting or shopping online at myfitteds.com, you accept the following rules and conditions. Please read them carefully before you shop with us. Please remember that myfitteds.com runs independently from My Shirts Co. My Shirts Co. offers its services in two ways: our retail stores and Myfitteds.com. Myshirtsco.com offers hard to find, rare, collectible fitted caps and apparel.

2.) Limitation of Liability
In consideration of your use of these services, you agree to the following:

All information provided by the potential customer must be accurate, current and complete. This means that for credit card purchases, you MUST type in your full name, address, phone number and email address.

For all PayPal purchases, you MUST be verified and confirmed with Paypal in order for your order to be processed.

My Shirts Co. does NOT sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies and or third parties, except to provide products or services that you have requested.

Should you provide falsified, inaccurate and incomplete information (credit card/PayPal), My Shirts Co. has reasonable grounds to reject and refuse all current and future usage of our site and therefore please remember that this is done to reduce the act of credit card fraud. Any falsified and fraudulent activities will be reported to law enforcement and those who knowingly perform such activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Your use of the services is solely at your own risk. The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. All products purchased through our site should be used for individual purposes only and therefore should not be resold.

3.) Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Money Orders are accepted with prior authorization.

4.) Return and Exchange Policy
Every item on myfitteds.com is on final sale and cannot be returned for any reason except:

-If we shipped you the wrong size or item

-If the item was damaged during transit upon arrival

If your items are affected from the above exceptions, please contact customer service for return information.

All pre-approved returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must also be in the same new, salable condition with all original tags and packaging, otherwise, it will be rejected and returned without credit.

International customers are solely responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties and other charges levied by the government of their country. Due to insurance and legal reasons, we are not able to mark packages as gift or at a lower value than the actual selling price.

Tracking information will be sent via a secondary email. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately as it takes time for our carriers to acknowledge the receipt of your package for shipping. All packages require a signature and so please make sure someone is home to sign for the package on delivery.

All unclaimed and returned/refused packages will be subject to additional shipping charges to get the package shipped out again. It is critical to keep an eye on the tracking information on your order confirmation page for important updates.

6.) Site Security
We have partnered with Yahoo!, which utilizes state of the art 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that uses the most secure and up-to-the-minute encryption available in commercial transactions today. All personal information before being sent through the Internet is encrypted to enhance security so that it cannot be read by a third party while in transit. Therefore, this process makes it possible for your order to be received by Yahoo!

7.) Payment & Order Inquiries
As soon as you click on Submit Order button and your order is submitted, PayPal will obtain an authorization to charge your card. An authorization is NOT a charge, it is simply permission to charge your card once your order is processed. Plus, it's also a way to freeze/reserve the money to pay for your order. It may appear as if there is a charge on your account, but at this time, no money has been transferred to myfitteds.com. Unlike some companies, we authorize for the full amount in order to ensure that:

-Your card is valid and available for use

-You have ample funds in your account to complete the transaction

-Your billing address and information (where you receive statements) is verified and correct

Nonetheless, when you come across a error message or if your order is unaccepted after clicking on the Submit Order button, you will still see the authorization remaining on your account. However, the authorization will drop automatically within the next 3-5 business days.

8.) Stock Availability / Re-Stock Policy
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as: extreme popularity and limited availability, we cannot keep every item in stock. Please be advised that although you may see an item available for purchase, we may not have them in stock. Should such events occur, we will contact you via telephone so that we can inform you of the order situation. If no substitute item is wanted, then we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that all refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for processing. Also, in the event that an order placed is partially available, we will ship the in-stock items and issue a credit for the rest.

Re-Stocks are done on a rare basis. Regularly stocked items will be re-stocked at any given time. Since our shipments are random, it is impossible to tell exact when or which items may get re-stocked. It is important to stay updated by connecting with us through our newsletter, Facebook, Twitter and our blog.

9.) Order Cancellation & Modification
All of our items are based on very limited quantities are therefore once an order is placed, it CANNOT be modified and or canceled. Please make sure the right size, quantity, style and items are placed in to your shopping cart before finalizing your orders.
